Should I be worried about damages during shipment?

No need to worry at all. We have been doing this for a long time, and our package designers are the best. Your products will be shipped in their specially designed packaging that is both safe and pretty.

Will my order be shipped immediately?

Normally, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order, but please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. If you are in a rush, please contact our customer service about priority dispatching.


How will I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is verified, and we will begin preparing your order immediately. It can be difficult to change or cancel your order in such a short time frame, but if you need anything, we will do our best to meet your needs.


Will there be any additional taxes or duties I am not expecting?

Delivery charges are calculated with Delivery Duty Paid, therefore you are not liable for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred. Prices are quoted in USD, GBP, AUD and Euros and include VAT at 21% (NL tax) and are subject to change if the rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If for any reason you need, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).


1.Items bought online should be returned in their original packaging at your own expense, unless damaged during shipping.

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without contacting customer service first.

4.Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees.

 

Returning an item:

• Complete our inquiry form found on our Contact Us page.

• Include the Order Number & Telephone Number.

• Include the reason for your return in the message box

 

Our customer services team will send you a returns authorization code. Enter this code on the returns slip provided, and attach the label securely to the outside of each box being returned. 

Any goods received without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected on delivery to our return center.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the goods into our warehouse.

We are unable to provide refunds for any items stated on the Returns Order Confirmation document found to be missing from the package on arrival at the returns center.

Please be aware that items bought online cannot be exchanged or refunded at our Netherlands Showroom or at any retail stores.


My order was damaged in delivery, what should I do?

We do our best to make sure this does not happen, but if it does, we will sort it out pronto.

If an item is damaged, send an email to info@zenslifestyle.com (with photos of the damage if possible) with your order number as a reference and your telephone number. Our customer service department will contact you within 24 hours.


Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on all ZENS products (excluding candles and diffusers). Please contact info@zenslifestyle.com for further information.


Promotions & Free Gifts

From time to time we may run promotions and gift packages. Refunds & exchanges are subject to our normal terms and accepted only when the full gift set is returned, including any free gift, with the original receipt. Items shall be packed separately.
